What I do

More than physiotherapy, I will take the time to learn about who you are, what you want and the best approach to help you towards better health.

  • Recovery following a hospital admission, accident or illness including longer term disabilities such as stroke
  • Skilled advice and treatment options for all range of ailments or pain related conditions
  • Link with social prescribing options and community groups (if requested) and consider wider aspects to your physical and mental wellbeing.
About Carolina
A client during hydrotherapy – I use a wide variety of approaches to suit your needs.

My Mum is 98 years of age and Carolina supported her in getting home following a hospital operation and significantly transforming her quality of life. Mum has regained her spirit of independence and we, as her two daughters are so incredibly grateful.

How I work

Physiotherapy is a hands-on, all round management of physical health. Treatment may include supporting the recovery of movement and function, progressive and engaging activities, mobilisation of joints and soft tissue and above all good listening and working with individuals at their right pace.

  • Inadequate rehab / post- hospital discharge
  • Stroke and neurological conditions
  • Falls or difficulties with mobility / balance
  • Joint, muscle or ligament issues / pain
  • Exercise plans aimed at getting you where you want to be
  • Options of hydrotherapy, gym or sports centre based sessions

I offer a sliding scale according to circumstance. Home visit prices may vary depending on your needs and my travel requirements. Do please contact me for a chat, or send a message and I will get back to you within 2 working days.

I am fully covered by the major health insurers and can manage your course of treatment accordingly.

Carolina has been so kind, and I look forwards to my sessions each week. I always know I am going to enjoy them – despite difficulties I have with my walking. She is patient with me, and that makes a difference.
